Chrome Extensions are one way to make the browser more accessible for any user without needing to install external software. There are already great examples of accessibility extensions that allow users, including those with disabilities, to customize their experience.

To open Ease of Access settings.to customize accessibility features from the menu, press Windows logo key + U
Click on, or Tab over to Start Narrator
Narrator will read aloud what is on-screen as you navigate using the keyboard.
Under Explore All Settings, Click on, or Tab down to Use Text or Visual Alternatives for Sounds. Set up alternatives for sounds.
